90-Day Warranty Replacement Policy

We at Armilla Wear are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. We offer a 90-day warranty on all products sold by our company, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

If you experience any issues with your product within 90 days of purchase, please contact us at support@armillawear.com. Our customer service team will assist you in troubleshooting the issue and determining if a replacement is necessary.

If a replacement is deemed necessary, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with the warranty replacement. This includes the cost of shipping the defective product back to our facility and the cost of shipping the replacement product to the customer.

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at support@armillawear.com to report the issue with your product.

  2. Our customer service team will provide instructions on how to return the defective product to our facility if required. We will also ask for photos for verification of the defect. 

  3. Once we receive the defective product, we will inspect it to confirm the defect and initiate the replacement process if required.

  4. We will ship the replacement product to the customer once the defective product has been received and inspected.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance of the product. Any product that has been modified or altered in any way will also not be covered by this warranty.
