Our return policy allows for a 30-day period, starting from the day you receive your item, in which you can request a return.

In order to be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unopened, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll need to provide proof of purchase, either through a receipt or equivalent. To initiate a return, reach out to our returns team by emailing returns@armillawear.com or through the contact page. Once your return request is accepted, we'll send you a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns that are sent back without first being approved will not be accepted, and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Please note that all clearance items or items priced under $10 are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns and/or exchanges. We also do not offer price match or price changes on clearance items.

Damage and issues:

In the case of damages or issues, we ask that you inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us within 3 days if there are any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. We may request additional information in the form of photos to assist with our evaluation.

Incorrect address:

We understand that mistakes can happen, but unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds for orders with an incorrect address provided by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. 

In the event that an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order to avoid any delays or additional costs.

Exceptions/non-returnable items:

Some items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, cannot be returned. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Exchanges:

If you'd like to exchange an item, the quickest way to do so is by returning the original item and making a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for the refund to show up in your account, as this depends on the processing time of your bank or credit card company.

The shipping cost is non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

RETURNING YOUR PRODUCTS - A STEP BY STEP GUIDE

1. Reach out to our Customer Service team to initiate a return. They will help verify that your purchase is eligible for a return under our Refund & Return policy.

2. Upon review of your order, our returns team will offer you two options for shipping your return. You can either choose to use a return label provided by us at your own expense, or you can purchase your own shipping. Please note that you must ship the package with a tracking number.

3. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your return.

4. If your return is approved:
   a. If you requested store credit, you will receive an email containing an electronic gift card worth the value of your return.
   b. If you asked for a refund to your original payment method, it may take 5-10 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank or credit card statement. In the case of Apple Pay, the refund will appear as a balance in your Apple Pay account, not on the credit card you used.

5. Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and it is your responsibility to return the product in its original condition. If the returned item is damaged (whether by you or during transit), you may not receive the full product value.

6. Returns or exchanges are not accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase for domestic orders.
